Just a suggestion... Your officers should probably start giving out the tickets they write. Getting an FTA saying you're about to lose your license because you didn't pay a ticket that you did NOT receive, is an embarrassing shame. Had your officer given me a ticket when she caught me speeding, in a speed trap, in a city I knew nothing about, on a clear day, I would have paid it.
